Gurr ki achi tara washbkr k 1 glass water dal kar chashni bana lain.

Rice ko half hour k lye soak kar dain.

1 patila me water boil karain us me salt aur sirka dal kar rice dal dain or 1 kani tak boil kar lain.

1 pan mein ghee garam karain us me sonf aur elaichi dal kar karkarain. Us me gurr ki chashni dal kar pakain.

Rice dal kar achi tara mix karain or chashni ko high flame par dry kar lain.

Last mein 1/2 cup milk or desi ghee add kar k aur dry fruit dal kar 15 mnt k lye dam par rakh dain.

15 mnt k baad dam khol kar mix kar lain.

Yummy gurr k rice ready.
