Yummy and delicious Fritters to enjoy in this Season, I use to prepare types of Pakore but this Garlic Potato being unique made up with Gujarati style, we call them Lasanya Bhajiya - awesome tasty do try out this recipe its truly amazing ❤️

Boil the potatoes and cut them into half if they are big or keep whole

Prepare Garlic chutney :
Chopped 10-12 garlic cloves
Add salt and chilli powder and grind into semi fine paste...
You can grind it in the grinder or in any Mortar-Pestle.
I use to prepare in our Mortar Pestle.. - 3
Now prepare the batter for the Fritters
Take the besan add salt and turmeric powder pinch of... optional Add some water and beat nicely in to thick batter and Ajwain by crushing on our palm. - 4
Now slice the potatoes 1/2 just to refill the chutney in Vertical lines, now dip into the besan batter and dip fry them into the golden colour..
Later Cut the Fritters in horizontal way so that Garlic Potato Fritters looks attractive - 5
Same way Green chilli to be dipped in the besan batter and dip fry them

Do enjoy this yummy Fritters with Chutneys, Ketchup and your favourite Beverage Tea/Coffee
