Steps

Steam the vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, potatoes and peas) until soft

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 1 tsp of asafoetida. let it cook for 1 mins

Add chopped onions in the pan and cook until caramelised

Add ginger and garlic paste into pan and cook for couple mins

Add red peppers into pan and cook until soft

Whilst everything is cooking mush all the steamed veggies

Add 3/4 tin chopped tomatoes and cook for around 5 mins or until soft

Add 2 heap tsp of pau Bhaji masala, 1 tsp of garam masala, 2 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder and 1 tbsp of butter. Cook for 2 mins

Add some water until you get a good gravy. cover the lid and cook for around 1 mins

Add the steamed vegetable to the pan and stir. add some more water with it if needed
