Kadak Meetha Dosa

This was an yet another variation where the Kadak Dosas were sprinkled with plain granulated Sugar on top. Thereby making it a Kadak Meetha Dosa.
Absolutely tempting and yum. It's a great option for a lovely snacking in one of the most beautiful Seasons of the Year. Hot and crisp with Sugar on top, this combo is to die for. My children can't stop at 1 or 2. They wouldn't mind a generous helping of their favourite snack as much as possible. That's the craze. They wouldn't mind having them for all the 3 main meals in a day.
And making them is also very easy. Nothing much complicated. It's just that it takes a little bit of time to get done. But that's perfectly okay as it's commonly made on the weekends or Sundays when you have some extra time for your folks.
All said and done. Let's get rolling.

Steps
- 1
Heat a Dosa tawa or a griddle at first. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto it. Do not spread much. It should be stout and thick.
- 2
Drizzle Ghee generously all over and cook on a low heat well covered. After 3-4 minutes of roasting, flip it over and repeat the same on the other side too. Keep it covered. After done, sprinkle some Sugar on top of each Dosa as required. You can add more or less of it accordingly.
- 3
After about 10-12 minutes of roasting, it's all done and absolutely ready. Enjoy!
It tastes yummy on it's own. Nevertheless the serving suggestions are endless according to one's own choices and preferences.
