Steps

First take full fat milk one litre cook and one third shrink has to be arrived finally.you want extra patient to for cook.Take a proper wooden spatula you have to do one side direction motion with lot of patient.your kadai should very heavy bottom then only your milk will not in a smoking stage.the colour of the milk also turned and reduced one third with yellow colour.then you turned off the gas flame let them cool completely..

Then second step is add the sweet Koya and mix thick milk add sugar powder,elachi powder if needed add quarter cup milk maid also..The consistency should be very thick add additional milk powder also for think form..

Take a mould in your hand two sides apply Desi ghee and place your Shrikand materials everything place properly and press it gently.then automatically the shape like fish will come...and decorate with dry grapes and serve to your guest...really the main part is of cooking milk you have to do carefully.otger steps were very easy...

Actually this is a trial sweet first time i have tried tuned very nicely.All of you try in your house....
