Steps

Heat oil and ghee mix in pan

Add onion and optionally 5-6 broken curry leaves and sauté until color changes and season with salt.

Add ginger garlic green chilly

Add coriander powder and saute

Add marinated chicken. Turn heat to medium high. Mix and saute for 3-4 minutes

Add coconut milk and give it a mix. Adjust salt. Let coconut milk thicken (till it mostly evaporates)

Add coarsely crushed pepper. Optionally garnish with finely chopped curry leaves

Give it a mix and take off heat.
