Steps

Take a bowl and add gram flour, sugar, salt, and turmeric powder mix everything well.

Mix it with the help of a whisk, the batter should be following consistency and not be very thick.

Rest the batter for 15 mins.

Grease a tin with some oil.

Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla and mix it Well.

Pour the batter into the greased tin.

Take a pan add some water and heat it place a stand inside and place the tin on the stand and cover the lid and cook it for 25 minutes on low flame.

Take a toothpick and check the dhokla.

The toothpick is clear the dhokla is ready.

Take a pan add some oil, and heat it then add green chili, mustard seeds, water, sugar, salt, and Lemon juice and boil it.

Now, cut the dhokla and add some tadka.
Dhokla is ready.
