Ingredients

  • 1 cupGram flour (Besan)
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1 cupGrated coconut
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3 cupssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Slightly roast the gram flour with little ghee.

    Remove from flame and add in the grated coconut,milk,sugar and ghee.Mix them well and return the pan on flame.

    Continue to stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. When it comes to a ball consistency,transfer it to a greased plate,flatten it and cut into pieces.

    Store it in closed container.
