Heat some olive oil in a large pot…

Sauté your ground turkey until slightly browned, draining any fat from pot……

Add in your chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic, black pepper, taco seasoning, water and diced tomatoes, sauté for several minutes…….

Add in your rice, stir gently and cover pot, remove from heat and let stand until rice is completely cooked, about 10 minutes, then stir and fluff with a fork …..

Serve topped with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese and enjoy 😉!
