This is a very good option for a tea time snack. Healthy and no oil dish. I made it tastier by sprinkling tangy and spicy spices.

Steps
- 1
Remove the husk(outer covering of the maize), if needed just rinse with water
- 2
Directly roast (grill) on the flame of the stove
- 3
Turn upside down and rotate while roasting so that all sides should get evenly grilled
- 4
Take all dry spices and lemon slices on a plate
- 5
Now apply spices with the help of a lemon slice
- 6
So that the ready butta(maize) will get a tangy taste of lemon as well as spicy red chili powder and black pepper powder
- 7
Rub the spices on maize evenly
- 8
Serve hot
- 9
Delicious hot, tangy, and spicy butta is ready. Enjoy
