Roast the ingredients for masala paste and grind it to paste adding water.

Peel and chop pumpkin and cook it till soft with peanuts.heat oil add mustard seeds and when it crackles s add curry leaves red chilli turmeric powder, then add cooked pumpkin and peanuts

Add ground paste, salt, tamarind pulp, jaggery mix it and cook for a few minutes add a little hing if you prefer a more hing flavour.

Pumpkin curry is ready to Serve.
