Coconut Laddu
Steps

First of all, remove the fresh coconut from the shell, peel the tough part behind it and finely chop it. Now, add coconut pieces and milk in a mixer jar and grind it.

Then heat ghee in a pan and add the prepared coconut paste and saute. Keep stirring till the milk gets scalded. Now add sugar and khoya and mix well.

Once the khoya melts, add cardamom powder and food color to it and mix. As soon as the mixture leaves the pan, switch off the gas flame.

After the mixture cools down a little, Now made small laddu n cote again will dessicated coconut and garnished with pistachios slices. So, the Coconut laddus are ready to serve.
