Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cuppoha washed drain water keep aside
  • 2 tbsp jowar pops (Lahi)
  • 1Small chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut
  • 2 tbsppomegranate seed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • as requiredSalt
  • 2 tbspchana dal soak for 2 hours
  • 2Chopped green chilies,1" grated ginger
  • 1/2 Cupcurd

    In bowl add poha, lahi, cucumber, pomegranate, salt, sugar, coconut, chana dal, green chilies, curd. Mix well. Garnish with coriander.
