Wash and cut the ladyfinger. In a pan, heat some Oil and add the Ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a few seconds and then add in the Asafoetida and the other ingredients as well. Saute Onions on a low heat with all the powdered spices until done. Now add chopped Green chillies. And then finally add in the Bhindi pieces.

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10-12 minutes. Do not over cook it. It should retain the crunch. It will be done easily. If desired cook it for a little longer duration if you prefer it to be too soft. Otherwise it is done in just about 15 minutes in all.

Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot with chapati. Yum! Enjoy!
