First cook your full fat milk and nicely turned of the gas flame add white vinegar or lemon few drops your choice to break your milk and make chana and drain the excess water completely with help of strainer and take a cotton cloth and completely drop your rest of milk water keep it in a place and take a roti bal and and keep a heavy stone so that your panner will be you will get after some time..

Then grade your panner by grading completely keep it aside..then take Koya this also you grade it completely.if you are buying from store sweetened Koya and make your you can mix less sugar when you will prepare kalakand..

Then take a strong kadai first cook your panner taking little bit milk and water cook slowly when your water and milk completely soaked and cooked then add your Koya add additional sugar and milkmaid everything mix nicely and add Elaichi powder also finally.

Then next step is take a tray completely grease with ghee and immediately transfer your panner kalakand.you can add milk powder 4 tsp if your panner kalakand is not ready or not in a good consistency..when you add milk powder your panner kalakand will be little tight..

Then cut all your dry fruits and decorate it and finally add kesar dry leaves..it is ready to eat.more than 3O piece is ready.you can eat and share with your friends..
