For the marinade, blend bell peppers, scotch bonnets and onion

Mix the batter with the spices and oil

Marinade the chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour

Grill on medium heat using your skillet. Apply oil and grill on both sides

Use enough oil to grill to achieve a clean and delicious grilled chicken
