Melon
Burrata
Prosciutto
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh basil if you fancy to garnish

Brush bread with olive oil and toast on a hot grill pan.

Set a side on a plate. In the same pan add the melon for just a minute or two.

Cut and add the burrata to the bread, then the melon and prosciutto.

Garnish with basil if you want and serve
