Veggie daliya upma

It's a very healthy and tasty option for dinner.
Steps

In the pan add 1 teaspoon of ghee. Add daliya. Saute till golden brown or till it feels light. chop all veggies. Keep aside.

Take it out on the plate. In the same pan, add ghee. Once hot add curry leaves, and green chilies. Saute now add all veggies one by one..add cashew

Saute well, and add salt. cook for 2 minutes. Now hot boiling water to it. add sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Now add roasted daliya to it. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Add coriander leaves.

Serve hot by adding a spoon of Desi ghee. Many people directly cook in a pressure cooker but sometimes it becomes sticky if you follow these steps. It becomes soft and nonsticky.
