Ingredients

  • 5egg whites
  • 5egg yolks
  • 90 gsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 150 goil
  • 3bananas, mashed
  • 225 gflour
  • 1 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1 1/4 tspbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk egg whites at 5 speed

  2. 2

    Slowly add in sugar and salt

  3. 3

    Once stiff peaks, mix in egg yolks

  4. 4

    Mix in wet ingredients, scrape sides down

  5. 5

    Sift dry ingredients, add in and mix till just combined

  6. 6

    Preheat oven 150C

  7. 7

    Bake at 150C for 50-60 mins
