Ingredients

45 minutes
2 people
  • 2 cupsPuffed rice
  • 1/2 cupfarsan
  • 1 cupmatki sprouts
  • 4 tbspchopped onion
  • 4 tbspchopped tomato
  • 2 tbspchopped boiled potato
  • As RequiredChopped coriander
  • As RequiredLemon juice
  • As RequiredCrushed Green chilli n garlic paste
  • As RequiredRoasted peanuts
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • As Per TasteSalt and red chilli powder as per taste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil to pan.
    Add turmeric powder to it. Add matki sprouts to it, add salt, stir it n close the lid n cook it for 3-4 minutes. Let the matki get cool.

    Take one mixing bowl.
    Add murmura, farsan, matki sprouts, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped potato, peanuts, crushed green chilli n garlic paste, red chili powder n salt to taste.
    Add lemon juice n mix it well.

    Serve it in a dish.
    Garnish it with some chopped onion, tomato, coriander n matki sprouts.
    Matki bhel is ready to eat.
