Wash and soak quinoa for 15 mins. Cook with double amount of water on high for 5 mins uncovered. Then on a medium flame for 15 mins covered.

Heat a grill pan. Grill-sliced pear.

In a bowl add cooked quinoa, all veggies n pomegranate.

Make a dressing using olive oil, honey, lemon juice, pepper cumin powder chaat masala.

To the quinoa bowl add grilled pear and give it a quick mix. Drizzle dressing and mix well. Check to season.

Serve immediately with some extra grilled pear, sliced chilies, and pomegranate.
