Steps
- 1
The night before, soak the beans in water to soften them. The next day, drain and cook them in 4 1/4 cups water (1 liter) with 1 clove of garlic, a piece of onion, and salt to taste.
- 2
In a large pot, fry the bacon.
- 3
When the bacon is halfway cooked, add the chorizo.
- 4
Once the chorizo is cooked, add the chopped garlic and onion.
- 5
When the onion turns translucent, add the sliced hot dogs and jalapeños.
- 6
When the jalapeños are soft, add the cooked beans along with the sprig of cilantro.
- 7
Once it starts to boil, add the pork rinds. When they are soft, it's ready to serve!
