Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 gmPanner
  • 100 gmBasmati Rice
  • 5 tbspcrushed Coconut
  • 1 tspGarlic
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspoil (if you want to put more you can put)
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspdry coriander powder
  • 1 tspgreel chilli
  • 2 clovescoriander
  • 1/2 litreWater for boiling rice

Steps

    Firstly grind crushed coconut, black pepper, garlic, coriander grind it properly.

  2. 2

    Then put it oil in pan and cumin, then put 2 garlic cloves, and green chilli in pan.

  3. 3

    And then put all grind spices in that pan and mix well then put water 1 cup. (put water half cup if needed)

  4. 4

    Then shallow fry paneer in
    non-sticky pan. And then put it in gravy. Mix it well and your veg curry is ready

  5. 5

    Then boil basmati rice in water. When rice is boiled then put cumin, curry leaves and oil vagar in it. And your rice is ready.

  6. 6

    For coconut chutney.
    Chick pea flour 1 tsp
    Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    green chilli 1 tsp
    And crushed coconut 3 tsp.
    Serve it all. And enjoy it ♥️.
