Ingredients

45 minutes
1 serving
  • 100sprouted mug
  • 2 tspginger, garlic chilli paste
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 50 mlwater
  • 1/2cucumber sliced
  • 1tomato sliced
  • 50 gm yellow,green,red bell pepper diced
  • 25 gms corn
  • 2cube cheese
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 10 gmcoriander
  • 5-10 gmfried peanuts
  • 2 pinchchilli flakes, black pepper, chilli powder
  • 25 gmketchup
  • 5 gm oil
  • 2 tsppizza sauce

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixer grinder add spouted moong, ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, water and grind all the ingredients into a thick paste.

  2. 2

    Take a mixture in a bowl add baking soda to it and let it rest for 5 mins with the lid covered the bowl.

  3. 3

    Then take a frypan add oil to it and pour the batter to it and flatten down equally fron all side and let it cook fo 1- 2 mins on med.flame.

  4. 4

    Now, flip the base to other side and cook it for 1 min on medium flame.

  5. 5

    And now pizza base is ready slow down the flame.Apply pizza sauce on the base and thn add the toppings tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, corn and divide them equally on the base.

  6. 6

    Now, grate the cheese on the toppings equally all sides and sprinkle salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and cover the lid for ½ min.

  7. 7

    Now open the lid and serve the protein pizza in serving plate and sprinkle coriander, peanuts over it and serve with ketchup and ENJOY!!
