Firstly, in a pot add one glass of water when it's heat up add cutting spinach blanch it 5 min.

Strain it's water when it's cooldown make a smooth paste. Now add roasted gram powder when dough become tide.

A bowl take a paneer add all ingredients stuffing is ready.

Now take a small pieces of spinach make a hole stuff paneer mixture cover or not

Take a khadhai put on when it's heat up deepfry till crispy. In the same process deep fry all the balls.

When it's cool cut the middle.

Khadhai put on flame add 3 tsp oil add onion paste saute till light pink add ginger garlic paste, salt,saute few min. Add tomato puri add all dry spices saute till oil & spice separate add water make a thin gravy add half of pieces cofte in gravy cook 2 to 3 min.
