Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupbesan - gram flour
  2. 1/4 cupchopped tomatoes
  3. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 2 tspcurd
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. 1/4 tsphing
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tspred chilli powder
  10. as required Salt to taste
  11. as required Oil to roast chilla
  12. as required Water
  13. some chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add besan, add water as required to make chilla constituency.

    Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chill powder, curd, hing, jeera, cut green chilli, coriander and mix well.

    Heat tawa, apply oil, pour a small ladle of chilla batter. On a slow flame shallow fry chilla on both side,apply oil on the edges of chilla, flip it periodically till turns in golden brown in colour.

    Make all chilla in same way. Serve hot and enjoy.
