Crack some coconut,

Grate and mix with sugar

Heat butter in drying pan and pour in your grated coconut and stirfry

You will notice that it will produce its own water, keep on medium heat allow to simmer until all water drained. Continue to stir to prevent burning till all moist drain and turn golden brown
