Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 cupSooji
  • 2Cucumber
  • somecoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2Green chillies
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak sooji in water for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile cut cucumber into pieces (no need to remove the skin).

  3. 3

    Blend sooji, cucumber pieces, chillies and coriander leaves to a smooth dosa batter.
    Add salt and rest for 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Make dosa on hot tawa.
    Serve with chutney of your choice.
