Steps

Heat ghee in a kadai.. add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds & let them cook.

Add green chilli & suji to it … roast it.. keep stirring continuously for 5-7mins on medium flame.

Boil 2-21/2 cup water.

Add salt & water to kadhai … mix well
- 5
Keep it for 2mins then cover it.

After 2 mins remove the lid & upma is ready to serve.

Serve upma with bhujia or Jeeravan.
