Cooking Instructions

Soak oats in 1 cup for water for 10 minutes. Now add soaked moong dal, oats, ginger, chillies and cumin seeds to a mixer grinder and grind to a smooth paste.

Heat a tawa and pour a ladleful of the above batter and spread evenly. Top the cheela with chopped vegetables. Drizzle some oil from the sidesand let it cook on medium heat.

Flip the cheela carefully and cook from other side.
- 4
When cooked properly from both sides, remove from pan and serve hot with chutney, ketchup or tangy sauce of your choice.
