In a clean pot add your water
Wash d rice and add to d boiling water
Didn’t add salt because I prefer it dat way - 2
Allow it to cook fr some minutes till it’s done for consumption

For the sauce, I added little oil to a pan

Greeted pepper and garlic, added d sliced onion and pepper
Add the spices and seasoning
Mix all through for 2 mins - 5
Add in your washed cabbage
Let it set fr some minutes
Turn off d gas - 6
Get a plate like mine 😂
You can put d boiled rice into a bowl to get ds particular styling
Add in your cabbage sauce by the side
And finally added my leftover fish pepper soup - 7
Finally, get a clean spoon and enjoy 😉
