Beef Stir-Fry with Russian Salad

Slice the beef into strips and sauté in a skillet with a splash of oil. Add the bell pepper, also sliced into strips.

Next, add the carrots and crushed garlic, along with the white onion.

When the meat starts to brown and the vegetables begin to soften, add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (optional), then the steak sauce. Season with salt to taste and add the tomatoes.

After 5 to 10 minutes, add a tablespoon of ketchup, mix until combined, and add the cilantro.

For the salad, dice the carrots and potatoes and cook them along with peas.

Chop the onion and add it to the cooked vegetables in a bowl. Add cilantro, salt, and lemon to taste.

Finally, add the mayonnaise, mix, and serve.
