Cool down and stimulate your appetite~

Steps

Cut the sugarcane into strips, peel and chop the carrots, and peel the water chestnuts.

Place all ingredients in water and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add 1 teaspoon of rock sugar in the last 15 minutes.

After cooling, strain the water chestnut water and refrigerate before drinking.
