Steps

Mix two types of flour. Then add salt,sugar & 3 tsp. Oil. Mix it very well. Then add ajwain, Kasuri meethi & chilli flakes with flour. Mix it well. Add warm water & make a doft dough.

Then make 6 portion from it. Roll it.

Heat non-stick frying pan & fry Paratha with oil (both side) in medium to low flame. Serve it with mixed or green chilli Pickle.
