It's been a while,it's cold here, besides,sand particules flew up to the air while on road,as I went out for business, boom,I experienced: sneezing,itchy eyes,nose and throat,even Neck line🤣🤣🤣🤣..
Slight runny nose came up,I never wanted drugs but NATUROPATHY..
This recipe came up after trials and patience..it's effective and soothing for allergies and cold symptoms as it CURES AND PREVENTS symptoms of the above-mentioned
