Aloo ki puri
Steps
- 1
Make a soft dough out of all the ingredients listed under dough preparation.
- 2
Divide the dough into golf sized balls. Roll them with light hands. Deep fry in hot Oil on both the sides. Keep an eye while frying. Check the oil temperature. If it is too hot, reduce it a bit and if it has become less hot, increase the flame accordingly. (see recipe)
- 3
It is advisable to roll all the Pooris and keep them covered with a cloth. Deep fry all one by one at the same time. Serve them hot with Andhra Gongura Chutney as I did or Chole masala or anything else of your choice and liking. Enjoy!
