Sattu paratha

Take a bowl to that add sattu atta, chopped onions, chopped chilies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice. Mix it all so that they combine with each other very nicely.

Take a thali to that put aata, add pinch of salt and mix it all well.
Add ½ a cup of water to the flour mixture and stir the mixture till it becomes soft. Make a soft dough of it. - 3
Then divide the dough into 10-12 small balls, to that balls add the stuffing prepared of sattu. Then roll the paraths of sattu.

Heat a tawa and cook paratha by applying ghee on both sides till it gives well cooked good softy colour. Then your sattu paratha is ready to serve enjoy it with a pickle or a chutney.
