Chicken breast recipes are perfect for meal prep, so you have chicken on hand for easy and quick meals all week long.
I recommend using thawed, boneless skinless chicken breast for this recipe. Chicken thighs could also be used.  You can also use frozen, just increase the cooking time by about 6 to 8 minutes.

  • Preparation
  • 1 kgchicken fillet
  • 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspperi peri powder
  • 1 tbspparsley
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and clean the chicken fillet.

    Take a bowl add chicken fillet, add all ingredients and mix well. marinate for overnight or 3 hours

    In a wide bottom pan add water and place a strainer in that pan and put marinated chicken fillet on the strainer and close the lid for 10 minutes.

    Once done, remove from the steaming
