Rub the ghee and flour well; knead with warm water
Don't make a super soft dough. It should
be slightly stiff cove the dough & keep aside for 15 min - 2
After 15 min knead softly & make 2 equal size ball roll or a little thick & cut it into square pieces keep 15 min aside

Heat ghee in a Kadai & fry them in slow flame till light pink color. Other pans make chasni. The chashni has to already start crystallizing on the sides before you add
Paara. 3 taar is what we call it.
Remove from heat & keep mixing it; add rose petals & pista also
Separate the pieces which are stuck to each other. Sieve ur once
Shakar pare is ready to serve
