Fristly sieve all purpose flour, then add carom seeds, ghee and salt.

Further add slowly slowly water and knead a slightly tight dough.

Keep a rest for 15 minutes.

Now pinch a ball sized dough and flatten with hand. Pusing a fork to prevent from puffing.

Fry the mathri in medium hot oil.
Now continue to fry on low to medium flame till they turn crispy and golden in colour. - 6
Ready khasta
mathri with evening chai or store in an airtight container for a month.
