🤔 EXPERIMENT 1 - I've been experimenting with flavour combinations for my raw Kale salads and found this pairing is a great balance. Simple and easy to make. I will keep trying combinations until I find the create the perfect kale salad.

4 piecescurly kale
1sweet apple (I used Gala)
olive oil
Sea salt
fresh parsley

Tear your kale from its stalks into bite-size pieces and wash thoroughly. In a bowl drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle a little sea salt to taste and then firmly massage the raw kale with clean hands for roughly 8 minutes until it is soft.

Quarter and core your apple and thinly slice. Toss in with your kale.
Finely chop some fresh parsley and ass to the salad and enjoy as a side to your meal. The saltiness of the kale and the sweet crispness of the apple go perfectly together.
