First of all, chopped the bottle gourd and the pods of the drumstick into large pieces. Now clean the green moong and wash it with clean water.

Now in a pressure cooker on gas add pieces of bottle gourd and pieces of drumstick pods, moong and add water to it. Now add turmeric powder, cinnamon stick, star animus (badiya), cloves and salt to it and boil it for 4 seconds on medium gas flame. After that, when the moong is steamed, take out the Khada masala from it.. and let the mixture cool down.kk op

After the mixture cools down, blend everything with a blender. Now add water as needed to this mixture and filter the juice through a strainer.

Now let this soup boil on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add finely chopped carrot, coriander cumin powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder,black salt, grated ginger, sweet curry leaves and salt to this and mix it... and boil it for 2 more minutes. After boiling turn off the gas.

Now we will change this soup to make it more palatable and digestible. For this, heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, carrom seeds and asafoetida, saute it and add it to the soup and mix. Again boil this soup on low flame for 1 minute. Now turn off the flame and add lemon juice and green coriander leaves to this soup and mix well.

Now our very tasty and healthy immune-rich green moong soup is ready to serve. Garnish this soup with green coriander leaves and lemon slices and serve hot...This soup is also very beneficial for weight loss.
