Boil Soyabin in salt water for 5 minutes or use pressure cooker (1 whistle). Heat oil in kadai & fry potato pieces with green chillies. Add turmeric powder. Fry it. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger paste & salt.

Add a little water & fry it well. Then add boiled Soyabean & fry it till oil separate from masala.

Add tomato pieces & 1 cup of water. Cover & Cook it for 10 minutes in medium to low flame. When water dries out, add Ghee & garam masala. Cover & test it for 10 minutes. Serve it with Puri or Paratha or Polau.
