Steps

Wash properly all the green saag and put it in a pressure cooker, add in 2 green chilies, a small piece of ginger
Add 1/2 glass ogf water and pressure cook it to 1 or 2whisltleOn cooling, grind it to a paste

Put a pan on the flame, add2 a tablespoon oil, a little zeera, a little hing, and once splutter add in green paste
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes then add in makka k aatta ka paste
Again cook it for 5 minutes, on low flame covering the pan, and keep on stirring, you may feel to add little water, keep stirring
It should be cooked in a pan for at least 5-10 minutes. Done
Flame should be low and put the lid always - 3
In another Kadai add in remaining oil, zeera, and hing on medium flame
Add garlic, and onion and saute
Then add masala, saute, add tomato paste, and salt
Cook it for 4/5 minutes
Oil will start coming up - 4
Add in green saag from the pan and start stirring
Lower the flame and let also be cooked for 5-7 minutes
You will find that it has become a little thick
Add in butter and switch off
Done - 5
Garnish it with tadka made of ghee, some garlic cloves, and 2 whole red chillies.
