Clean trim wash and boiled in water spinach leaves for 2-3 min Remove and transfer into ice cold water for 4/5 min. Then drain from water and blend into smooth paste. Keep aside.

Merinate Chicken -
In large mixing bowl combine all merination ingredients - yogurt all spices salt lemon juice add washed and clean chicken pieces rub everything well with chicken cover and place to refrigerate for 3/4 hours. - 3
Heat up ghee in presser cooker add whole spices cumin seeds onion puree saute till light golden colour add ginger garlic paste saute add tomato puree stir well add all dry spices powder

Cook till oil gets seprate add merinated chicken pieces cook well saute add little water make 1/2 whistle when it released open the lid mix it add spinach puree

Mix everything well cook for 10/15 min. / till chicken gets tender / cooked completely.

Your creamy delicious spinach chicken is ready. Serve hot / warm with rice chapati naan bread roti.
