Ingredients

  • 2pear
  • 1apple
  • Halfwhite fungus, soak
  • 5red dates
  • 3 tbspbarley
  • 6 glasswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water then add barley. Let it boil for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Then add dates, apple and pear. Boil for 40 mins.

  3. 3

    Lastly add in whitj fungus and boil for 10 mins. Cover and transfer in vaccum pot.
