Murauri or Muli Ki Kachori or Radish Puri is one of the most famous snacks of Bihar(India). Traditionally this winter special Kachori is made with rice flour but in this recipe I made it with Semolina and wheat flour. This is a easy version of Murauri.

Murauri or Muli Ki Kachori or Radish Puri is one of the most famous snacks of Bihar(India). Traditionally this winter special Kachori is made with rice flour but in this recipe I made it with Semolina and wheat flour. This is a easy version of Murauri.

Steps

Firstly, grate all Radish with the help grater. Now, place a pan on low flame. Add grated Radish stir often, cover and cook for 4-5 min.

Further, add ghee, carom seeds, Nigella seeds, Kasuri methi, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix everything well and cook for another minute.

Now add water, once water start boiling add semolina, immediately mix to make a dough. Turn off flame. Cover and keep it aside for 20-30 min.

Now add 1/2cup wheat flour in semolina dough combine and make a soft smooth dough (If required add more wheat flour).
Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls. - 5
Now, take a dough ball and roll it to medium thickness. And deep fry kachori in medium-high flame till golden from both sides.

Similar make all the kachoris.
Serve hot with potato curry ir Ghugni.
