Assemble all ingredients, boil Matar in 1.5 cup water and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle, then add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish, then add ginger + garlic and sauté till rawness goes off.
Then add 1 ladle of boiled peas + all spices and stir fry till spices turn aromatic, then add remaining Matar along with water and give a nice boil. - 3
Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Ghugni is done.

In mixing bowl add Aata / Maida + salt + oil + water and knead a soft dough. Roll out round round puris.

Deep fry in oil on both sides and Luchi is ready.

Serve fluffy Luchi with delicious Ghugni.

Accompany with jaggery Payesh / Rice Kheer for a complete delicacy.
