Steps

Wash and grate carrots. Take heavy bottomed vessel. Add ghee. When ghee is hot add grated carrots. Keep the flame medium hot. Keep stirring.

Cook well till it starts changing little colour. This process might take 10 to 15 mins.

Now add milk and cook it in milk. keep stirring continuously. Because it might stick to the bottom.. Stir till milk is absorbed and ghee is released.

Now add sugar and stir it. Let the sugar gets incorporated well. Here colour will change into darker shade. Now ghee will be released.

Add milk powder.. this will give creamy texture to Halwa. Cook till milk powder is also absorbed well.

Now add almonds and cashews.

Now serve Garma Garam Gajar ka Halwa to your loved ones.
