Boil the moong dal. Chop spinach and wash it well

In a pan add ghee, cumin seeds, asofedita dal and water

Add turmeric, salt and redchillipowder, bring to a boil

Now add cloves, spinach and cook on low flame for 5mts. Stirring occasionally

Add crushed garlic and again cook for 10mts on low flame stirring occasionally. Palak shorba is ready to serve. Enjoy shorba in sizzling cold
